The parking at Brooklands Hotel & Spa seems to be a source of frustration for many guests. The hotel charges £10 per day for parking, which many guests feel is an unnecessary additional expense on top of already fairly priced rooms. Some guests were surprised by the charge when booking through sites such as Booking.com, whilst others felt that the location outside of the city centre did not justify the fee. Despite this, parking is easy to access and there were no issues raised with regards to the quality of parking facilities. Overall, guests are disappointed by the extra charge for parking and believe it should be complimentary for hotel guests.

While the parking facilities are generally considered good, guests are advised to arrive early due to limited spaces, and occasional waits for parking have been reported.
