Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Holiday Inn London-Shepperton by IHG, offers a serene retreat in a tranquil countryside setting, appreciated for its clean and quiet surroundings. While not ideal for those seeking easy access to central London without a vehicle, the hotel's convenient location near the airport, plentiful on-site parking and ease of access cater well to travelers, particularly those with cars. The hotel's friendly and efficient staff significantly enhance the positive guest experience.
Breakfast at the hotel receives high praise for its variety and quality, providing a delightful start to the day despite occasional chaos during peak times. The dinner experience, though receiving mixed feedback, is often noted for its good food quality and value, especially for families with children who eat for free. The lack of vegan options and pricing are noted as areas for improvement.
Guests consistently commend the hotel's spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, which feature modern furnishings and cozy beds. The serene environment and the availability of a swimming pool make it a good choice for families, further highlighted by child-friendly amenities.
Cleanliness is a standout feature with guests praising the well-maintained rooms and overall hotel environment. The staff are frequently described as polite, friendly and accommodating, enhancing the stay with their professionalism and attentiveness.
The swimming pool is highly regarded, providing a warm and relaxing experience for guests, particularly families. The ample, on-site parking is another strong feature, offering convenience and sometimes inclusive in the room rate, though additional charges for parking are occasionally mentioned.
Overall, Holiday Inn London-Shepperton by IHG, excels in offering a peaceful and comfortable stay with excellent staff service, clean facilities and family-friendly amenities, making it a well-rounded choice for travelers.
