Its positioning within a shopping center provides access to essential amenities like supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants and entertainment options, despite the industrial setting. It is just a five to ten-minute drive from the historic heart of Logroño, making excursions straightforward. Although the location may not be picturesque, the strategic positioning and tranquil environment make it a practical choice for a restful stay and exploring the La Rioja and Navarra regions.
The breakfast buffet receives generally positive reviews, praised for its wide variety, including fresh orange juice and gluten-free options, which cater to dietary restrictions. While some guests feel there could be more variety, others appreciate the excellent value and quality selection, including continental and full English breakfast options. Helpful and friendly breakfast staff further enhance the dining experience.
Conversely, the dinner options at the hotel's restaurant receive mixed feedback. Some guests find the offerings limited and repetitive, while others appreciate the quality meals at reasonable prices in the attached restaurant. The shopping center next to the hotel provides additional dining options, though these can also be limited.
Guests praise the spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, complete with modern amenities such as coffee facilities and refrigerators. The cleanliness of the hotel is consistently highlighted with rooms and common areas described as spotless and well-maintained. Efficient climate control and comfortable beds contribute to a restful stay, enhanced by the friendly and attentive staff who ensure a pleasant experience.

Additionally, the hotel is known for being dog-friendly, offering thoughtful amenities such as pet kits and designated areas for pets, making it a preferred choice for those traveling with furry companions.
While the hotel aims to meet a four-star standard, some guests feel it falls short in terms of amenities and service, aligning more with a three-star establishment. However, its good value for money and great staff make it a popular choice for both short stays and as a base for exploring the broader region.
