Summarized by AI
Hotel Royal Suites Plus - 100 Meters From Dargah is widely appreciated for its prime location, particularly its proximity to the Ajmer Sharif Dargah, which offers guests the convenience of walking to this significant spiritual site. Centrally positioned, the hotel caters effectively to visitors aiming to explore the Dargah, with the surrounding area providing a good ambience that enhances the overall experience.
Guests consistently praise the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, noting the ample space as a notable feature that adds to their comfort. Despite this, some areas require improvement, such as addressing unpleasant odors, improving bathroom hygiene, and enhancing ventilation, especially in rooms not located on the sixth floor. Additionally, refining processes like check-in and improving the Wi-Fi signal would further elevate the guest experience.
The hotel's staff receives acclaim for their exceptional service, characterized by a cooperative and hospitable nature. Their courteous and professional demeanor ensures that guests feel welcomed and at home. The team is readily available to assist with travel-related needs, such as arranging visits to local attractions and organizing transport, which enhances the overall stay. Special commendations frequently go to staff members, such as Archit at reception and Devraj as room helper, for their outstanding service.
While there are mixed reviews regarding cleanliness, positive feedback often emphasizes the neatness and service provided by the staff. However, addressing issues like dirty bed linens, pest concerns, and inadequate hygiene of food plates and cutlery would significantly boost guest satisfaction.
Overall, Hotel Royal Suites Plus - 100 Meters From Dargah provides a comfortable and conveniently located stay with a cooperative and supportive staff, making it a favored choice for visitors, particularly those intending to visit the Ajmer Sharif Dargah. Strengthening aspects like cleanliness, room hygiene, and guest service processes would further enhance the overall experience.
