Al Shohada by Palm Rich Makkah offers a parking facility that receives mixed reviews from guests. On the positive side, many guests appreciate the availability of parking spaces, describing the service as good, spacious, safe and superb. Some guests find the parking fee of 50 riyals per day to be reasonable and affordable, especially in comparison to other hotels in the vicinity, where rates can be notably higher. Parking is described as organized and easy to access with special spots available for hotel guests.
However, there are points of contention regarding the cost. Several guests feel that the 50 riyals per day charge is excessive and they argue that parking should ideally be free or offered at a more symbolic rate for hotel residents. During peak times, such as Ramadan, parking fees can surge to 150 riyals per day, which some guests find prohibitively expensive. Additionally, there are comments that the parking fees are not clearly displayed during the booking process, leading to unexpected charges.
Overall, while the parking facility at Al Shohada by Palm Rich Makkah is widely acknowledged for its convenience and safety, the cost remains a significant concern for many guests.
