Trulli Family - Trulli&Cummerse offers a unique stay that many describe as a true treasure. The quaint charm of staying in a trullo adds to the allure, although some guests noted that they did not stay in a real trulli as advertised. The small rooms and bathrooms are characteristic of the trulli experience, but these quirks often come at a hefty price with some guests finding the rates high, especially in the off-season.
A notable downside for many was the absence of a breakfast service, which is an expected amenity in many bed and breakfast establishments. Despite having a terrace, the hotel cited COVID-19 as a reason for not offering breakfast, which some travelers found unconvincing given the practices of other hotels in Italy. The lack of basic services, like a functioning refrigerator or coffee service, was also mentioned as a drawback.
Overall, while the charm of the trulli creates an enchanting atmosphere, the value for money and absence of key facilities and services may be a concern for potential guests.
