The facilities and services in the hotel are exceptional with a top-notch gym and spa. The rooms are very clean and the area surrounding the hotel is beautiful. However, some guests expressed disappointment in some aspects, such as the lack of baby facilities and rushed check-in experience. Despite this, the staff at the cascades pool bar was great and the Sensai restaurant was nice. Overall, Victoria Golf Resort and Spa Managed by Accor is a superb hotel and we highly recommend it to travelers seeking a five-star experience.
