Hotel Sporting Club has garnered varying opinions from guests regarding its four-star rating, facilities and services. While many acknowledge that the establishment is designated as a four-star hotel, several aspects appear to fall short of this standard in the eyes of visitors.
One of the most frequently mentioned areas for improvement is the breakfast, which several guests feel does not meet the expectations of a four-star venue. Many reviews suggest that the quality and variety offered at breakfast are subpar for such a rating. Alongside this, the service quality and attentiveness of the staff have also been highlighted as areas needing enhancement.
The hotel's location has been noted with some emphasis on its proximity to a railway track, which can be noisy. This has been a point of contention for guests who feel that the overall experience and the amenities provided do not justify the price, especially considering the disturbances from the railway.
Overall, while the hotel claims a four-star status, a number of guests believe significant improvements are needed in both service and facility standards to fully meet the expectations associated with this rating.
