Hotel Borda Cuernavaca's spa area garners commendation for its well-maintained and spacious jacuzzi features. Guests appreciate the hot tub that consistently provides hot water and the jets in the jacuzzi that function effectively. The whirlpool tub is described as beautiful and enhances the relaxation experience. A notable highlight is the jacuzzi available in-room, which adds an extra layer of comfort for visitors. Additionally, guests can enjoy a lovely little terrace overlooking the ravine, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. While the overall experience is positive, the absence of hot water at night in the jacuzzi is a point of concern for some visitors. Nonetheless, the spa facilities receive favorable feedback for their functionality and scenic setting.

Nestled within the beautiful surroundings of Grand Fiesta Americana Sumiya Cuernavaca, the spa has garnered a range of feedback. On the positive side, guests have praised the spa for its clean and bright facilities, describing it as having wonderful amenities, including a gym and sauna. The massage services offered are frequently highlighted as excellent, contributing to a relaxing experience. The spa also boasts a large pool and stunning gardens that enhance the overall ambiance.
However, some guests have noted areas for improvement. The spa is situated at a considerable distance from the main hotel area and can be challenging to find due to unclear signage. The facilities, while generally good, are considered by some to be outdated and in need of remodeling. Additionally, the cost of the services feels high to some guests compared to the value received.
Overall, while the Grand Fiesta Americana Sumiya Cuernavaca spa offers a tranquil and pleasant experience with notable amenities and high-quality massages, there are aspects that could benefit from upgrades and more accessible pricing.
