Chocoland Hotel Gramado offers a pool experience that receives mixed reviews from its guests. On the positive side, the pool is frequently praised as fantastic, clean, and well-heated, offering a thermal experience with the perfect temperature for relaxation. Guests appreciate the marvelous view from the pool area, which includes delightful sunset views, adding to the serene atmosphere. Many enjoy the combination of heated pool, sauna, and spa, which enhances the overall experience.
However, some guests have noted areas for improvement. The pool is occasionally described as murky, with concerns about cleanliness and its small size relative to the number of guests. The enclosed pool area sometimes suffers from poor ventilation, contributing to an undesirable aroma and a lack of clarity in the water. Additionally, there are reports of the pool area being cramped, lacking in adequate seating and unfinished in some aspects.
While the pool and associated amenities such as the jacuzzi provide excellent warmth and are generally appreciated, there are suggestions for better maintenance and more thorough daily cleaning to enhance guest comfort. Despite these issues, many visitors appreciate the newer facilities and overall service at the hotel, finding much to love in their stay.
