Guests enjoy the cozy ambiance and the beautiful vistas, particularly those with views of the Blue Stone during clear weather. While a few guests mentioned that some rooms and beds are smaller than expected, the overall structure and room quality remain highly regarded. Some improvement in providing accurate information about room views during booking would enhance the guest experience further.
Despite its many strengths, Condominio Vista Azul faces some challenges with its breakfast offerings. Breakfast is not included in the stay and there are no on-site facilities to purchase breakfast or basic essentials such as water, which some guests found inconvenient. Misleading information about breakfast services in certain rooms also led to disappointment. However, guests who opted for delivery breakfast commended its quality. Future visitors might need to explore alternative breakfast options.
