The VIVIAN Art Apartments offer a beautiful sea view from the balcony, which is truly breathtaking. While the beach is supposed to be 200m from the place, the closest usable beach is on the other side of the city, which can take up to 40 minutes to reach on foot. However, this inconvenience didn't dampen guests' experience as they enjoyed their stay in the great apartment with the stunning sea view. Having said that, some guests wished they were closer to the old town and better beaches. To access the cliff, guests would need to descend two or three rows of steps. Despite this, the sea view was described as fantastic, impressive and gorgeous with a great view of the Retimno fortress from the balcony. While a car is necessary to get to a beautiful beach, it won't take long to reach one.
