Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Quest Frankston garners positive feedback primarily for its favorable location, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. Situated centrally in Frankston, the hotel provides easy access to shops, restaurants, public transport and the beach, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. Despite being close to a main road, the hotel maintains a quiet setting, further enhancing its appeal.
The rooms at Quest Frankston are frequently praised for their spaciousness and cleanliness. The one and two-bedroom apartments, well-equipped with modern kitchen amenities and cozy lounge areas, are particularly appreciated by families and groups. Undercover parking adds to the convenience, ensuring guests can securely park their vehicles. The air conditioning system is also noted for its efficiency, keeping rooms comfortable regardless of external weather conditions. However, some guests mentioned that the kitchens could use more equipment for extensive cooking and a few areas might need a deeper clean.
Cleanliness reviews are mixed with many guests finding their accommodations well-maintained, featuring clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Yet, some reported issues like dirty carpets, food remnants on balconies and general wear and tear in certain areas, indicating inconsistencies in the hotel's cleaning standards.
The staff at Quest Frankston receive consistent acclaim for their exceptional service. Described as lovely, helpful and attentive, the front desk team, including members like Sarah and Michelle, make considerable efforts to enhance guests' experiences, often accommodating special requests like late check-outs and room upgrades.
Parking facilities are generally well-regarded with guests appreciating the convenience and safety of the undercover parking, even though some found the spaces a bit narrow.
The hotel's WiFi service, however, is an area needing significant improvement with many guests encountering connectivity problems.
The comfort of the beds at Quest Frankston receives mixed reviews. While many guests find the beds clean and comfortable, others have issues with mattress firmness and the discomfort of beds made from two single mattresses pushed together. Upgrading the bedding quality and offering more variety in pillows could enhance the guest experience.
Overall, Quest Frankston is esteemed for its strategic location, friendly staff and spacious rooms, though attention to cleanliness and WiFi connectivity could further elevate its standing among guests.
