The Red Roof Inn & Suites Mt Holly - McGuire AFB is highly regarded for its strategic and convenient location. Nestled close to major highways like I-95 and the NJ Turnpike, the hotel offers easy access to numerous dining and shopping options, public transit and even the shore, just a 45-minute drive away. The tranquil setting combined with excellent connectivity makes it an ideal choice for travelers seeking both peace and convenience at a budget-friendly price. Free parking further enhances its appeal.
The rooms at the hotel present a mixed experience. Guests have praised the spaciousness, comfort and in-room amenities like mini-fridges and coffee makers. Some rooms feature jacuzzis and hot tubs, which are well-received when functional. The pet-friendly policy and overall value for money are strong points. However, cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement with several reports of unpleasant odors, insect issues and general wear and tear. The beds also receive mixed reviews; while some find them comfortable, others complain about discomfort and poor condition.
While the cleanliness of the hotel has been a major concern for many guests with numerous reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms and hallways, some reviews do note that certain amenities like microwaves and refrigerators are kept in good condition. The property overall shows signs of neglect, necessitating deep cleaning and renovations.
The staff receives varied feedback. Many guests commend specific employees for their friendly, helpful and accommodating service, enhancing the guest experience. However, inconsistencies in professionalism and hospitality are noted with some guests experiencing unwelcoming and unhelpful interactions.
WiFi service at the hotel is another area requiring improvement, as multiple guests report unreliable and intermittent connectivity.
In summary, Red Roof Inn & Suites Mt Holly - McGuire AFB offers a well-located, affordable option with spacious rooms and helpful amenities. However, potential guests should be aware of the significant concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance, along with inconsistent customer service and WiFi reliability.

AI-generatedThe Guild House Hotel occupies a National Historic Landmark building dating from 1855, meticulously renovated. The building is a red brick townhouse a breath away from the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, a dream location for any history buffs visiting the Birthplace of America. It retains the dark, sleek wooden touches you'd expect, with some inviting modern touches thrown in.
