Palace
A Russian Prince, who was also the ambassador of Russia in Austria at the time, built a palace which he used as hunting lodge in the 18th century. A family of Austrian Dukes took possession of the palace in the 19th century, until one of them demolished and rebuilt the castle in the beginning of the 20th century. During WWII, it served as a hospital, and in 1988 it first opened its doors as a hotel.
