The 'EUROPÄISCHER HOF Bad Gastein' is often described as a true representative of a four-star hotel with amazing facilities and food offerings that align well with its rating. The price-performance ratio is generally considered good by guests. However, there are some criticisms regarding certain aspects of the hotel not living up to the expected four-star standards. Notably, the outdoor areas and bar ambiance were highlighted as falling short. Additionally, there is feedback indicating that the service quality and training do not consistently reflect a four-star level. The lack of air conditioning in rooms and the half-board food quality have also been points of concern for guests. While some expected more options and facilities from a four-star plus hotel, the overall consensus hints at a good but somewhat inconsistent experience.

The MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein garners mixed feedback regarding its four-star rating. Guests describe it as cozy and comfortable and many confirm it meets four-star standards with satisfactory breakfast and amenities typical of its category. The hotel's rating is frequently verified and it is equivalent to other four-star accommodations in terms of comfort.
However, some guests believe that certain facilities and services fall short of expectations for a four-star hotel. Issues highlighted include outdated TVs and a lack of amenities that should be inclusive without extra charges.
