The breakfast buffet received positive feedback for its quality, reflecting well on the hotel's four-star status. Galerie Hotel often positions itself as a four-star establishment, but guest reviews suggest it falls short in various aspects. The rooms, albeit cozy, are frequently mentioned as too small and outdated, not meeting typical four-star standards. Many guests found the lack of air conditioning and outdated bathroom fixtures surprising and substandard for a hotel of this rating. Breakfast offerings, while generally good, do not align with the expectations for a four-star hotel with guests noting the absence of items such as fish and freshly brewed coffee. The overall service and amenities are considered lacking for a four-star hotel with instances of poor communication among staff being highlighted. Some reviews even suggest that the property feels more like a three-star hotel, questioning how it attained its current rating. Hotel Bayern Vital has received mixed reviews regarding its claim of being a four-star establishment. While some guests have acknowledged that it is a great four-star hotel and deserving of its rating, others have expressed disappointment with various aspects of their stay.
Several reviews highlighted that the quality of the facilities and services did not meet their expectations for a four-star hotel. Issues such as unprofessional service, soft beds, missing amenities like bathrobes and an overall outdated feel were frequently mentioned as shortcomings. Some guests felt that the hotel's interior gave off the impression of an older social housing complex rather than a luxury hotel.
Despite these criticisms, some guests enjoyed their stay and felt that the hotel lived up to its rating. However, it seems there is a significant disparity in guest experiences with many feeling that certain standards associated with a four-star rating were not met. This mix of positive and negative feedback suggests that while some find the hotel meets four-star expectations, others feel it falls short in critical areas.
