While the main pool is quite small, the huge and clean pool is perfect for guests who book the pool access rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool and there are multiple pools available for guests to choose from. However, some guests noticed that the pool bar was being sporadically staffed, even during "happy hour". The gardens were in a poor state and there were some safety hazards like open electrical by the pool and missing rescue devices. Despite this, the hotel is being renovated and kept in good shape. Guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and massages. However, guests also noted that the area around the pool could be uncomfortable and required cushions and that there weren't enough chairs available for guests at both the beach and the pool. Overall, Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort- SHA Extra Plus has beautiful pools that guests will certainly enjoy.
