Many guests feel that the hotel falls short of the expected standards for a four-star establishment, with some suggesting it aligns more closely with a two to three-star experience. Common criticisms include the quality of breakfast, room cleanliness, and lack of certain amenities such as an elevator.
Despite these concerns, the resort is praised for offering good value for money, especially considering its location in a popular tourist area. Additionally, some guests were not happy with the lack of air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area, combined with a significant deposit charge, which impacted their overall experience.
