Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Thantara Resort Chiang Mai is a serene retreat, nestled in a rural setting away from the bustling city center. This location offers guests a tranquil escape amidst beautiful landscapes and a farm environment, ideal for relaxation and family activities. The resort is celebrated for its spacious and impeccably clean rooms that feature breathtaking mountain views and private pools, enhancing the sense of luxury and privacy. The attention to detail and beautiful surroundings contribute to a dream-like atmosphere.
Dining at Thantara Resort is highlighted by unique experiences, such as the poolside BBQ setup, with freshly made meat and Shabu Shabu receiving particular praise for their quality and flavor. While breakfast receives mixed reviews, some guests consider it the best in Thailand, with the commitment to special dietary needs being a positive aspect. However, there's room for improvement in terms of variety and value.
The resort's pool amenities are another standout feature, with guests raving about the large, private, saltwater pools that blend size and exclusivity. These facilities overlook picturesque rice fields, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
The staff at Thantara Resort is frequently lauded for their friendliness and exceptional service, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere with their helpful and attentive demeanor. Despite minor areas for improvement, such as the thoroughness of private pool cleaning, the resort consistently impresses with its high standards of cleanliness and attentive service. Overall, Thantara Resort Chiang Mai provides a delightful experience for those seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat in the heart of nature.
