Landhaus Töpferhof bei Travemünde, a four-star hotel, receives mixed reviews. Guests highly recommend the hotel, especially for business trips and praise the quality and selection of food, noting it exceeds the usual offerings in other hotels of this category. However, there are several concerns regarding the facilities and services provided.
Guests express disappointment with outdated sanitary facilities and amenities in the shower, feeling they fall short of four-star standards. The experience of waiting for a table for breakfast is deemed unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. Additionally, the unexpected fees encountered during booking and issues with the representation of the hotel's actual accommodations on booking platforms are severely criticized.
The overall impression is marred by the feeling that the service does not justify the high prices with guests particularly discontent about inadequate renovations. Despite its attractive qualities, the hotel needs to address these shortcomings to meet the full expectations of its four-star rating.
