Bilbao Central Rooms is a budget-friendly accommodation option praised for its exceptional location in the heart of Bilbao. Guests consistently highlight its proximity to major attractions like the Guggenheim Museum, the historic old town and various dining and entertainment venues. The central positioning next to key public transport links makes it an ideal base for sightseeing and exploring the city.
The establishment offers basic yet functional accommodations with spacious and clean rooms. Many guests find the rooms adequate in terms of size and cleanliness, complimenting the modern, well-equipped bathrooms. While the facilities meet essential needs, some improvements like better ventilation and soundproofing could enhance the experience. However, the overall quiet atmosphere and practical features like USB charging points and individual lamps add to its appeal.
Cleanliness is generally satisfactory with frequent room cleanings noted. Though some areas, particularly common spaces, could benefit from more rigorous cleaning, the clean sheets, towels and rooms leave a positive impression.
The staff at Bilbao Central Rooms is often praised for their friendliness, responsiveness and helpfulness. Specific staff members receive high marks for their professionalism and pleasant demeanor, which contributes to smooth communication and a welcoming environment. Despite occasional language barriers, the staff’s efforts to ensure guest comfort are well-recognized.
WiFi service at the facility receives mixed reviews. While many guests find it reliable and convenient, others experience issues with signal strength and coverage. Despite these inconsistencies, the overall quality of the WiFi is deemed acceptable by most visitors.
The hostel's location is favorable for those interested in Bilbao's nightlife, as it is close to various bars and restaurants. However, this convenience sometimes comes with noise disturbances from adjoining rooms and late-night guests.
The beds provide a mixed experience with many guests finding them comfortable and clean, while others report stability issues and outdated furnishings. More attention to bed stability, mattress quality and amenities like plug points and lockers could improve guest satisfaction in this area.

Líbere Bilbao Museo, located in the dynamic city of Bilbao, is highly regarded for its prime location and modern accommodations. With picturesque views of the Guggenheim Museum and proximity to the Zubizuri Bridge and the old town, it is perfect for visitors eager to explore the cultural and architectural gems of the area. The apartments are praised for their spacious and stylish interiors, upholding high standards of cleanliness. Guests appreciate the efficient layout and cleanliness, although minor issues occasionally arise.
The staff provide largely digital interactions, offering convenience with automated processes such as check-in and check-out. This digital approach is both a strength and a limitation, being appreciated for independence and quick contact, yet not as personal for some guests. The cleaning staff is friendly and responsive, enhancing the guest experience despite some challenges with physical presence.
Parking is manageable with advance booking, though it requires a short walk, which can be inconvenient for some. Many praise the apartments for the peaceful refuge they provide amid the bustling city atmosphere, appreciating the value of the nearby parking options.
Beds in the apartments are commended for comfort and spaciousness, contributing to a satisfying stay. However, the sofa beds are noted to be less comfortable, with thin mattresses and creaking. While improvements could enhance comfort for all guests, the central location and overall cleanliness make Líbere Bilbao Museo a favored choice for travelers to Bilbao.

The NH Bilbao Deusto offers a generally pet-friendly environment, allowing guests to bring their dogs along for the stay. Reviews highlight that you can stay with your pet and dogs are generally welcome and accepted. Guests appreciated that the hotel’s staff were approachable and resolved issues efficiently when traveling with pets.
However, some travelers pointed out inconveniences such as being assigned less favorable rooms due to having a dog and having to sign several declarations and assurances. There's an additional one-time fee of 20€ for pets and although pets are allowed, the hotel does not provide amenities such as beds, food or water bowls for them.
Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel’s policy allows guests to leave their dogs in the room, ensuring that both the pets and their owners can be comfortable. The location of the hotel is another positive, situated perfectly for visits to attractions like the Guggenheim Museum, approximately 20 minutes from the city center, making it a convenient choice for pet owners who want to explore Bilbao.
The overall sentiment from pet owners is mixed with praise for the dog-friendly policies balanced by criticisms regarding extra fees and the lack of dog-specific amenities.
