Appleton Boutique Hotel Mactan Cebu offers a good price/performance ratio, providing reasonable value for the money compared to other hotels in the area. Although the furniture is older and some guests reported seeing a few cockroaches, the hotel delivers a fairly large room for a three-star establishment. It's not the most luxurious option and the term "boutique" seems to be misused according to some reviews. Despite these shortcomings, the cost performance is favorable, making the hotel a sensible choice for budget-conscious travelers. Guests have found that the price-quality ratio is satisfactory and the stay is worth what they paid, even if the booking price differed slightly from the final charge. While the ambiance may not be the most relaxing, the workers are noted for being friendly. Overall, Appleton Boutique Hotel Mactan Cebu stands out as an affordable and pragmatic choice for staying in the area.
