Lea Marston Hotel, a supposedly four-star hotel, has been receiving mixed reviews from its guests. Some guests claim that the hotel is tired and masquerading as a four-star hotel, therefore, not worthy of its four-star rating. Some have even gone to the extent of saying that it's hard to believe it's a four-star hotel in the first place. However, they do agree that the staff are pleasant. One guest said that the venue needs some TLC and would only rate it as a three-star hotel. Others have stated that they found nothing to commend about the hotel at all. Despite the hotel advertising itself as a four-star hotel, guests have claimed that it is not a four-star hotel by any means and are discontented with the upgrade fee.

Drayton Manor Hotel offers a four-star experience with a high level of customer care and a particularly attentive staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, aligning with the high standards expected of such a rating. Additionally, the hotel's great location also enhances the overall experience. However, some areas fall short of expectations, such as the quality of the mattresses and the state of the rooms, which some guests found run down. While the hotel provides a good standard of food, there are comments suggesting that it should offer more for its elevated price point, comparable to other budget options like Travelodge. Despite a few shortcomings, Drayton Manor Hotel's overall four-star stand-out features are its service and cleanliness.
