4-Star HotelSummary of reviews related to the '4 Star' categoryThe Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino is a great place to stay with an excellent location near popular tourist spots. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making for a wonderful experience. The breakfast options are tremendous and very delicious, while the hotel is very clean and bustling with activity. The rooms could use a bit of updating, but the view and the infinity pool more than makeup for it. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old San Juan, which can be accessed via the hotel's circular bus service. However, it would be better if the bus ran more punctually. Some guests felt that the hotel was overpriced for the amenities offered, but overall, the location, facilities and services make this a great stay. The only downside for some guests was the lack of dining options and activities for guests.
