Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Balneario La Hermida offers a mixed experience when it comes to aligning with its four-star rating. Guests generally have a pleasant stay, appreciating the cleanliness of the spa. However, many reviews highlight several areas where the hotel falls short of four-star standards. There is a consensus that the facilities and services do not fully meet the expectations for a hotel of this category. Issues such as insufficient room lighting, average room service and the absence of trash cans in rooms are repeated concerns. The hotel lacks a designated parking area, which adds to the inconvenience. While the spa is good, its quality is perceived as underwhelming for a four-star establishment. The restaurant has garnered mixed opinions with some difficulties noted during peak times. Overall, while the hotel maintains a decent level of service, small details and maintenance issues need attention to truly live up to its four-star rating.
