Hotel Casona del Valle boasts a picturesque setting with a swimming pool that guests have mixed feelings about. Some visitors find the pool very clean and inviting, making it a great place to relax. The tranquil and green surroundings add to its appeal. The pool, however, does have its drawbacks; it can be quite cold and at times, it has been found empty or undergoing repairs, disrupting its availability for use. There are also occasional mentions of the pool area looking like a construction site and concerns about cleanliness. Despite these issues, efforts from the hotel such as the helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds contribute positively to the overall experience of staying at Hotel Casona del Valle.
