Many reviewers acknowledge the hotel as offering the highest level of service, noting that it boasts everything needed for a five-star experience. Exceptional service is frequently highlighted, meeting the expectations one might have for a top-tier hotel. However, some guests feel that despite these positive aspects, Emiliano Rio does not completely match the standards of a five-star hotel. Comparisons are made to the Fairmont, which offers amenities like an incredible pool with an ocean view and three restaurants, suggesting that Emiliano Rio might fall short in terms of facilities and value for the price paid.
