Résidence la Réserve Genève Ferney Voltaire is highly esteemed for its strategic location near Geneva International Airport, providing easy access to both the Swiss border and Geneva city center. The convenience is further enhanced by ample parking facilities and proximity to public transportation and nearby supermarkets like Carrefour. The property features well-maintained gardens, a refreshing pool and quiet surroundings, making it an appealing choice for travelers.
Guests commend the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms equipped with essentials such as small kitchens, ironing facilities and air conditioning. The presence of terraces or balconies and satellite channels, including Arabic options, further enhances the accommodation experience. However, some reviews indicate that the rooms could benefit from a more modern aesthetic with occasional issues related to outdated furniture and cleanliness lapses.
The breakfast buffet at the hotel is widely praised for its quality, variety and generous portions. It offers a well-organized selection that includes breads, eggs, bacon, fruits and various tea options in a clean dining environment. Despite occasional critiques regarding the diversity of items and slow refills, guests generally find the breakfast experience satisfying and worthwhile.
The hotel staff is a standout feature, renowned for their friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for guests. Onsite amenities, including a hammam, swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, receive positive remarks and contribute to a comfortable stay.
While the WiFi service garners mixed reviews with several guests noting slow speeds and inconsistent performance, the onsite gym impresses with modern facilities and a variety of equipment, adding to the hotel's appeal. The pool is another highlight, praised for its pleasant setting and being heated, making it a delightful amenity during warm weather.
Overall, Résidence la Réserve Genève Ferney Voltaire offers a compelling combination of location, comfort and value, particularly for those exploring Geneva and its surroundings or seeking a restful stop near the airport. However, there are areas for improvement, particularly in maintaining a consistent four-star standard in terms of room updates and WiFi reliability.
