The hotel's location is a dream spot for skiing, hiking and cycling enthusiasts, as it is in close proximity to ski lifts, cross-country skiing tracks, sledding slopes and many trails that can be accessed directly from the hotel. A few guests experienced a lack of variety in the breakfast selection and poor service, but others praised the use of organic, locally sourced ingredients and the high-quality vegan and vegetarian offerings. Dinner was described as rich and super delicious with excellent quality, selection, presentation and variety. The hotel offers a range of spacious, clean, cozy and comfortable rooms with some suites having luxurious touches. While some guests had minor issues with cleanliness, most found the accommodation to be clean. The mostly friendly and accommodating staff was available to assist with anything guests might require with Suzanna and Rebecca receiving special praise for excellent service.
