The parking experience at AC by Marriott Birmingham NEC and Airport presents a mixed bag of impressions. While the hotel boasts a large, secure parking area conveniently located close to the NEC and the airport, the cost associated with parking often overshadows these positives. Guests frequently note that parking is not included in the room rate, and charges ranging from £10 to £15 per night surprise many upon arrival, with prices occasionally being higher. Despite these additional fees, the presence of a spacious and readily available car park is appreciated, particularly for those looking to avoid NEC parking fees. However, parking spaces can be narrow, and occasional over-crowding leads to frustration. The availability of parking spaces is on a first-come, first-serve basis, which can pose challenges during peak times. Overall, while the ample parking is a notable feature, the extra cost remains a consistent point of contention for hotel guests.
