Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool facilities at Holiday Inn Parramatta by IHG, have garnered mixed reviews from guests. Positively, the pool and hot tub are appreciated features with some visitors specifically enjoying the heated outdoor pool and amazing outdoor spa. The pool area's cleanliness was also noted with guests finding it clean and enjoyable for children. Additionally, the swimming pool is viewed as a welcome bonus, providing an extra touch of relaxation for visitors.

However, there are areas for improvement. Some guests found the pool to be small and not very clean with the water appearing old. The pool area has also been described as needing some TLC and repair work. While the heated pool and hot tub received praise, there were mentions of the heated pool not being available as expected. Despite these concerns, the pool area remains a significant amenity for many guests, contributing to their overall experience at the hotel.
