Although some guests expected better amenities in their rooms, overall, the décor and upkeep of the hotel exceeded their expectations. Despite being a 5-star property, it didn't feel like a typical chain hotel. The hotel is an absolutely gorgeous property where you can unwind and chill out. It's no wonder that guests referred to it as an awesome hotel and an excellent property in their reviews. Keep in mind that since it is a 5-star hotel, some guests were disappointed with expecting all the services to be of a higher Taj standard.
