Les Violettes Hotel & Spa is nestled in a dream location offering a wonderful view from every room, which impresses guests with its Alsatian-style decor. However, despite its picturesque setting, the hotel does not consistently meet the expectations associated with its four-star rating. Many guests feel that the quality of service, language proficiency and room amenities fall short of what they anticipate at this price point. Cleanliness in bathrooms and the general upkeep of rooms are also areas that need improvement. Management is urged to address these issues to align the hotel's services with its cost and rating.
