The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and quiet, providing guests with a peaceful resting environment. Some of the rooms are huge and provide a spacious area for guests, while others are relatively small for the price. Regardless, most of the guests loved the room, design and the view, leaving them completely mesmerized. For some, the room was not worth the money; however, others found them beautiful and spotlessly clean with comfortable furnishings. Overall, the Boston Harbor Hotel offers excellent rooms that meet the needs and preferences of guests.

The staff is extremely well trained and courteous with the concierge going above and beyond to help with last-minute requests. Mary Ellen at the bar is fantastic and the housekeeping, bellhops and room service personnel are all great. Whether it's the front desk, restaurant or housekeeping, exceptional service is received each and every time. The staff is wonderful, making the hotel a clean and welcoming place with a great location to match.
