The staff is attentive, responsive and efficient in addressing guests' needs. While the business lounge is usually empty and room service could use some improvement, the hotel is highly recommended for its excellent facilities and services. However, guests may encounter problems with payment as TPE machines do not always work and only Visa cards are accepted for payment online. The only downside to the rooms is that the wifi signal weakens when working at the desk, but it is not a big issue. You may have to hold your professional meetings on the bed, though. Overall, it is an ideal location for hosting governmental seminars(such as team meetings) and the hotel receives high marks for providing an exceptional experience for business guests in this historic city.
