Newlands Holidays offers both indoor and outdoor pools for their guests, but unfortunately there is an extra charge of £3.50 per session to use them, which some felt was expensive. However, many guests enjoyed using the pools and found them to be clean with new facilities around both pools. The outdoor pool was particularly impressive, as it was larger than most and kept clean. Families with children appreciated the playground and other facilities available to keep kids entertained, including activities such as bingo. However, there were complaints about having to pay and book ahead for the indoor pool, as well as the fact that the indoor pool was small and made some of the apartments too hot. Some guests also would have preferred free access to the outdoor pool. Despite the flaws, the pool facilities remain a highlight for many guests.
