The staff's English-speaking abilities add to the overall accessibility for international travelers.
Cleanliness is a strong point, with the property receiving high praise for its tidy park and spotless chalets, although occasional calls for more thorough cleaning are noted. The hospitality of the staff further augments the inviting environment. The pool facilities offer both indoor and outdoor options, attracting guests with their pleasant temperatures and general upkeep, despite some minor issues with the indoor pool's warmth and accessibility.
