Monnaber Nou Finca Hotel & Spa is nestled in the picturesque and tranquil setting of the Serra de Tramuntana, providing stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. The hotel presents itself as an idyllic retreat surrounded by olive groves, mountains and farm animals, making it a prime spot for nature lovers and those looking to explore the island's northern and eastern parts. Guests repeatedly highlight the superb location, noting its perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility.
The breakfast experience at Monnaber Nou is generally positive with guests enjoying the varied and beautifully arranged selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, cold cuts, pastries and gluten-free options. While some suggest a need for more variety in fruit and yogurt, the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the terrace adds to the charm, making it an appreciated start to the day for many.
Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant is another high point, offering high culinary quality and traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Guests commend the three-course menu for its good price-performance ratio, complementing the excellent food and quality wines. Despite a few critiques about portion sizes and limited vegetarian options, the dining experience is widely regarded as a highlight.
Accommodations at Monnaber Nou are praised for their spaciousness, comfort and Majorcan style. Cleanliness is a consistent strength with spotless and well-maintained rooms contributing to a hygienic environment. While some aspects of the rooms are showing their age, the overall sentiment remains positive. The serene ambiance and beautiful location further enhance the experience.
The staff receive glowing reviews for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Guests often mention staff members by name, emphasizing their dedication and attention to detail, which create a welcoming and homely atmosphere.
The spa and pool facilities add to the hotel’s appeal, providing a serene and relaxing retreat. The spa, equipped with amenities like a sauna, indoor pool, whirlpool and Turkish bath, although noted for some areas needing updates, remains a delight for guests. The outdoor pool, surrounded by scenic gardens and tranquil environments, is highly appreciated.
Families find the hotel particularly accommodating, offering a quiet and spacious environment suitable for children. The family-friendly atmosphere ensures a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
While the comfort of the beds has received mixed reviews, the positive experiences mostly outweigh the concerns. Guests describe the beds as comfortable and conducive to a good night’s sleep, despite a few remarks about mattress firmness and pillow quality.
Overall, Monnaber Nou Finca Hotel & Spa provides a remarkable blend of tranquility, natural beauty and high-quality amenities, making it an excellent choice for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
