Guests raved about the massages with some calling them "out of this world". The wellness area is also said to be wonderful and worth a try. However, be aware that the spa is only open for one hour per day and requires additional payment and reservations. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, guests were unable to enjoy the Bernard Loiseau restaurant or the full spa space. Some guests also noted that the spa is on the smaller side and in need of an update, although others still found it to be top-notch for sensory indulgence. Keep in mind that the fitness area may not be up to par. Lastly, some guests found the additional fee for spa access to be unexpected and inconvenient.
