Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Lombard offers reliable comfort with its clean and cozy ambiance, a highlight for travelers seeking a pleasant stay. However, the topic of parking has been a recurring theme in guest reviews, often raising eyebrows due to associated fees. Many visitors expressed surprise at having to pay for parking, a sentiment further emphasized by its impact on overall satisfaction. Some guests feel that parking fees should be complimentary, especially when they are part of the Hilton Honors program, to enhance guest loyalty. The parking area itself, when not factoring in cost, receives a mention for being adequate, albeit sometimes tight during peak times. Despite this, the hotel's qualities in terms of location and cleanliness leave a lasting impression, proving it still holds value even when the parking costs are taken into consideration.
