The staff are friendly and accommodating and the Bistro provides delicious meals and rejuvenating drinks. While the spa services can be pricey and access to the spa can be difficult without assistance, the overall experience is amazing. However, those using wheelchairs may struggle with the lack of push pads in the elevator to the spa and participating in a yoga class in a small room may be difficult to hear the instructor due to lobby noise.
