The host is super lovely and makes guests feel very welcomed with the stunning property and clean room adding to the overall experience. Despite limited communication due to international restrictions on the business behalf, the staff go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. However, some guests have reported poor communication and customer service from Clare and Shaye with a few unpleasant incidents involving defensive behavior and rudeness. Overall, there is a need for training to improve the quality of service, but the majority of guests report friendly and accommodating staff.
