Hotel Tres Flores boasts an indoor pool that has garnered mixed feedback from its guests. Many reviews highlight the pool's cleanliness and commend its excellent condition, providing a comfortable addition to the hotel's amenities. The indoor setting of the pool adds to the convenience, especially for those looking for leisure options without stepping outside. Additionally, the availability of board games nearby adds an enjoyable aspect for families and groups seeking entertainment.
However, numerous reviews point out the consistently cold temperature of the pool water, which some guests found to be uncomfortable or even freezing. This lack of heating suggests that the pool may not be ideal for those expecting a warmer swim. While the pool size is noted as being small, it is generally appreciated for being pleasant and well-maintained. Despite some challenges with temperature, guests can still enjoy a relaxing environment overall, making it a notable feature for visitors who prefer indoor recreational options.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool facilities at Hacienda Santa Maria Regla have garnered a fair amount of criticism from guests. The recurring issue is the water temperature, which is often described as freezing or extremely cold due to the lack of heating. Many guests found this to be a significant drawback, with several mentioning that only one pool was operational during their stay. Unfortunately, this pool was reported to have murky and unclean water, affecting the overall swimming experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pool has been frequently mentioned, with some reviews indicating that the pool looked dirty and required maintenance. While the pool is noted to be spacious, the ongoing construction and the closure of other pools further marred the experience. Overall, guests have suggested improvements such as heating the pool to make it more enjoyable for visitors.
