Summarized by AI
Hotel Mayer & Splendid - Wellness e Spa frequently receives mixed reviews regarding its four-star rating with many guests feeling that the hotel does not quite live up to this standard. Common critiques include the dated structure and low level of comfort which some feel are not commensurate with a four-star designation. The rooms are often described as being a bit too simple, lacking investment and not measuring up to the high prices typically associated with a four-star experience. Additionally, aspects like breakfast are deemed decent by some, but not to the level one might expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber. Overall, while the hotel is labeled as four-star, it appears to fall short of guest expectations for this rating.
