Cresthill Suites Syracuse offers a pool experience that has garnered a mix of positive feedback from guests. Many families have highlighted how much their children loved the pool, describing it as a significant advantage of their stay. The pool itself is well-maintained, clean and surrounded by a beautiful and quiet area, creating a relaxing environment for guests. While some reviews mentioned a heated indoor pool, others referred to a heated outdoor pool, indicating variability in guest experiences or potentially both options being available.
However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. Some guests noted that the pool wasn't very warm and felt crowded at times. Additionally, there were instances where the pool was closed or not open yet, possibly due to seasonal weather conditions. A few reviews mentioned cleanliness issues in the late afternoon due to bugs and one guest found the pool caused itchiness. Nonetheless, for many, the pool remains a delightful feature of the hotel, contributing positively to their overall stay.
