Bluewater Hotel offers a satisfactory experience for those seeking a budget-friendly stay with some notable strengths. Situated in a good location, the hotel provides a solid price-performance ratio, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. The facilities and the staff garner positive remarks, being considered perfect for a 3-star rating. Guests appreciate the simplicity of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff, which enhances the overall experience.
However, there are areas for improvement. Some guests have noted discrepancies between the rooms booked and the pictures advertised. Additionally, there are comments about the hotel's overall maintenance with some suggesting that it does not meet the comfort and hygiene standards expected of a 3-star establishment. Specific complaints include the lack of comforters and the practice of charging separately for drinks at dinner.
While the hotel’s affordability and friendly staff stand out, refining some aspects of service and amenities could significantly elevate the guest experience.
