PACIFIC 19 Kona is a stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Kona that consistently earns high praise for its superb location and welcoming atmosphere. Ideally situated just a short walk from bustling touristic streets, piers, quaint shops, delightful cafes, and stunning beaches, the hotel offers guests easy access to the lively town and scenic seaside attractions. Despite being located on a busy street, it maintains a tranquil ambiance, making it an excellent choice for those wanting to explore Kailua township and Ali'i Drive without the need for a car.
The hotel features modern, spacious, and clean rooms with cozy furnishings, though some guests have noted minor maintenance issues. Comfortably large beds and pleasant views from balconies contribute to a restful stay. The cleanliness extends throughout the property, from the inviting lobby to the immaculate pool area, further enhanced by a sleek décor.
A highlight of the hotel is the charming pool area, complete with bean bags and Hawaiian music for relaxation. Guests particularly enjoy the complimentary morning yoga sessions by the pool, offering a refreshing start to the day.
Although the hotel does not offer a full breakfast service, guests appreciate the complimentary morning coffee in the lobby. The food truck on the property offers delicious açaí bowls and bagels, becoming a popular spot for a quick, tasty bite.
The staff at PACIFIC 19 Kona receive abundant praise for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, significantly contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere. They are recognized for their attentive service and willingness to provide valuable insights and assistance.
While the Wi-Fi experience varies, with some guests experiencing connectivity issues, others find it satisfactory. The parking facilities, though less ideal due to cramped conditions and a nightly charge, give guests a more economical choice compared to nearby alternatives.
Overall, PACIFIC 19 Kona presents an appealing blend of comfort, convenience, and stylish modern charm. It stands out for its prime location, welcoming staff, comfortable accommodations, and lovely pool area, offering guests a memorable stay amidst Kona’s vibrant surroundings.
