Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
At the Embassy Suites Newark - Wilmington/South, guests have mixed experiences regarding the swimming pool facilities. The pool itself is heated and generally warm, which enhances the experience for many visitors. Some guests appreciate the pool as a wonderful perk that makes their stay enjoyable, with children particularly enjoying their time swimming. There are mentions of the pool being clean at times, which paired with great room service makes for a pleasant visit.
However, there are notable concerns that may detract from the overall experience. The pool area could benefit from more regular attention as the water has been observed as cloudy and occasionally dirty, and the surrounding area can become wet and potentially unsafe, particularly near elevators. The hot tub is frequently reported as non-operational, with colder water and a lack of bubbles, which disappoints guests looking forward to using it.
Several guests have commented on the pool's availability, noting closures or restrictions at certain times without prior notification, which can cause inconvenience. Despite these issues, the positive aspects of the pool's warmth and some successful visits show it retains value to some visitors, especially families. Overall, while the pool area offers potential for enjoyment, enhancements and maintenance could improve the experience significantly.

The pool at the Quality Hotel Philadelphia Airport receives mixed feedback from guests who have experienced both its charms and challenges. Many visitors praise the pool area for being a beautiful and clean outdoor facility, offering a serene oasis, particularly appreciated by families with children. Its proximity to local attractions and businesses makes it a convenient choice for travelers with easy access to relaxation. However, guests have noted that the pool’s availability can be unpredictable, with frequent closures and limited operating hours not always aligning with its advertised status. The pool's temperature has also been a point of concern, as it remains unheated and can be quite chilly. While some guests enjoy moments of tranquility at the pool, others have faced hurdles such as delayed openings and restricted access due to group size policies. Overall, the pool remains a key amenity for the hotel, valued by guests when available, despite operational inconsistencies.
