Tag Hotel is a typical 4-star establishment that excels in providing facilities and services suitable for conferences and seminars. Guests have noted that the hotel adheres to the customary standards of a 4-star rating with a structure and amenities that reflect this classification.
However, several reviews have pointed out that the breakfast falls short of 4-star expectations with mentions of it being decent but not meeting the expected standards for a hotel of this rating. Some guests found it to be sad and poor, indicating room for improvement in this area.
The hotel lobby was mentioned as a bit cold and a few specific 4-star features, such as slippers, were missing. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment suggests that Tag Hotel generally lives up to its 4-star designation, though there are areas, particularly breakfast, where enhancements could better meet guests' expectations.
